We provide a variety of ways to interact with your therapist. Each method provides various degrees of personal contact that allow you to control your comfort level. Contact methods are effective, reliable, and easy to use. You can choose from email contact, online chat, office visits, or telephone contact. Please go to the rates page for a full explanation of the rates for each service and how those payments are made before choosing. Services are listed below. Contemporary office visits are the preferred service of most individuals. Our offices are open M-F from 6pm-10pm; Saturday and Sunday from 9am-2pm. Of course individual session may be requested beyond these times. Please call (781) 223-5421 to set your scheduled time or email us at clinician@lahdini.com. Your appointment will be confirmed within 24 hours of your request. For emergency service, please call your local emergency room for a referral
E-mail can be used as a form of therapy by itself. You begin by sending an e-mail describing the subject which you would like to discuss and a detailed account of the problem you would like to work on. Then, you and your therapist will exchange e-mails for a written exploration regarding your inquiry
Online chat is done using the program Instant Messenger. This program is an excellent communication tool that allows a variety of communication options. One option provides instantaneous communication through the use of a chat option. The benefit of online chat is that communication is quick, clear and immediate. This differs from strictly engaging in e-mail therapy, in that it avoids the potential for miscommunication and misunderstanding of ideas. Please send your initial email for set up procedure.
Computer gadgetry may not be your cup of tea, and we here at the Center for Mindfulness have no desire to add to your anxiety and frustration. We offer the use of the most high-tech, yet user-friendly, device of them all; the phone! The telephone offers many of the same therapeutic benefits as an office visit without the difficulty of having to set up anything extra. Additionally, the telephone is extraordinarily reliable, so an uninterrupted session is practically guaranteed. However, it's is suggested that you establish an initial e-mail contact before your telephone session.

Initial email contact is essential for the beginning of any therapeutic session, as you should provide information regarding your inquiry. Anyone interested in utilizing the services of the Center for Mindfulness should send an initial e-mail providing some basic information about themselves, their problem, their desired method of contact, and if they have chosen a direct contact method, the times that they will be available for a therapeutic session.
